An intimate bar with 10 seats serving a great tempura-centric tasting menu (€65). You begin with appetizers, then some sushi and hosomaki, a variety of seafood and vegetable tempura, and some sweets for dessert. The restaurant is owned by the same folks who run Sato i Tanaka and Can Kenji, and they are extremely reliable when it comes to providing authentic Japanese food in Barcelona. As always, very friendly and welcoming staff and prices are on point considering the quantity and quality of food that you get. A great addition to the Barcelona dining scene and we will definitely be returning again.

A refined experience in an intimate setting that almost feels like a corner of Japan. The Omakase menu invites you to surrender to the chef’s inspiration — a balanced journey through sushi and delicately crisp tempura. The atmosphere is serene, the service attentive, and the lunch menu (€25 or €36) offers excellent value for money. Would I recommend it? Without hesitation.

Excellent!!! It’s an amazing experience! The food is so good! Chef is making tempura in front of u. Using 50%sunflower oil, 50%not roasted sesame oil, it makes the food more tasty. From the starters at the beginning till the seafood dishes, veggies and at the end with a bowl of rice! Everything is just so good! The price is very fair too comparing to what they gave u. I wish they have more people know about this place. The night we went only 4 people only(including us). Best tempura in town!t

Superb Japanese dinner! Would say the the whole menu is based around tempura, which was light and tasty. The nigiris were outstanding. Very private environment and really friendly chefs that prepare the food right in fromt of you. Only nine seats. Definitely worthwhile, will go back!

An intimate, personal, exquisite experience. The closest thing to being back in Japan in Barcelona. The staff is attentive and warm and the food is simply 10/10. The Japanese pumpkin tempura, the fig tempura and the shiso leaf and shrimp tempura were highlights for me as well as the gorgeous tuna sashimi.

This experience was especially moving. The flavors that visited my realm of culinary knowledge were particularly bright and dark and cloudy and clear. I was inundated by delight., scrumptious delight. This small kingdom of taste abides hidden in the outskirts of Gracia, blink twice and you might miss it. Actually I was walking up and down the street until I found it on the third try. The chef and his people were extremely kind. And for the fair some of €25, you can have a regular menu. Add €10 more than you will have a gourmet degustació experience. The jewels of life come flying, but sell them do we catch them. Don’t miss this chance. Don’t let this become a dream you once head.

Excellent experience. Nigiri and maki were excellent and very diverse. Tempura omakase was the best tempura I have ever tried at a very high level and came out light crisp and not oily with a well chosen selection of products, flavors and textures were very well judged. The matcha ice cream at the end completely won me over.
